'Cucumber Spoon' by Starr Daubenmire

This wonderful card surprised me in the mail this morning. Such a delicate rendering of a most unusual and attractive object, Starr has captured the detailed piece wonderfully!

Starr you have the most beautiful handwriting!

Starr did a wonderful job on all the detail on this! Wow! I don't think I've ever seen a cucumber spoon. I love the delciate touches of color.

I'm so glad you like it. I think the original looks better than the scan, which may be because it really is delicate. and, by the way, I have a tomato spoon, too! The round end is a bit larger. Very fun. I can't wait to get your postcard, Anita!

Oh, dear. The postcards I've been dreaming up are no where NEAR as elegant as this. Well, I guess I'll get credit for lowering the bar for future participants.
